Central heating cooker Alfa 70 is a wood-burning cooker with a water heating system for space heating and food preparation. Nominal heat output is 12.2 kW, of which 7.6 kW is transferred to water and 4.6 kW to the room.
Handedness is determined facing the cooker. This left-hand version has the oven and flue connection on the left and the firebox on the right.

The appliance complies with EN 16510 requirements. Emissions at 13% O₂: CO 1315 mg/Nm³, PM 25 mg/Nm³, OGC 47 mg/Nm³ and NOx 65 mg/Nm³.
Safety distances to combustible materials: rear 300 mm, sides 400 mm, front 1500 mm, side-radiation zone 1500 mm and ceiling over 750 mm.
Floor protection must extend at least 500 mm in front and 100 mm to the sides. The installer is responsible for proper installation and connection; installation, heating-system and pressure/overheating protection require an appropriately qualified professional. The maximum operating pressure set in the manual is 2.0 bar or a lower rating-plate limit. The pressure safety-valve setting must not exceed this limit; a specialist verifies suitability and protection performance.
The ALFA 70 ET version in the factory manual uses an integrated cooling coil and an external thermal safety valve; this protection is mandatory in a closed system. Cooling-water supply and safe drainage must remain available during power failure. Verify the actual appliance matches this version before connection.
Connection to heat-storage masonry requires consultation with a specialist and may take place only at the consumer’s own risk.
