CAST IRON HOTPLATE: The hotplate is made of cast iron, a traditional material for fireplaces and wood-burning stoves due to its excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability under temperature changes.
FINISH: The cast-iron hotplate is coated with two-component Thermodur 600 heat-resistant paint, which withstands temperatures up to 600 °C. Ensure good ventilation during the first few firings.
CARE: Clean the product only after it has cooled. The cast-iron surface can be wiped with a soft cloth lightly moistened with cooking oil, leaving a protective layer on the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners and aggressive chemicals.
