ALFA TERM 20 is a wood-burning central heating cooker with a water jacket, cooking surface and oven, for heating the hot-water heating system and the room, cooking and baking.
Handedness is determined when facing the cooker: the right-hand version has the oven and flue connection on the right and the firebox on the left; the left-hand version is mirrored.

The appliance complies with EN 16510 requirements. Emissions at 13% O₂: CO 1461 mg/Nm³, PM 32 mg/Nm³, OGC 24 mg/Nm³, NOx 158 mg/Nm³.
Safety distances to combustible materials: rear 300 mm; sides 400 mm; front 1500 mm; lateral radiation zone 1500 mm; above over 750 mm. Install on a non-combustible base. On combustible flooring, the manufacturer’s operating manual specifies a metal floor protector extending at least 500 mm in front and 100 mm to the sides of the cooker. Observe any stricter local requirements.
The installer is responsible for correct installation and connection. Have the chimney suitability and draught assessed by a competent professional. Heating-system connection and overheating protection must be designed for the actual appliance version by a qualified specialist. Do not fire the cooker without water in the boiler or without a correctly connected heating system. The attached manual covers the model without a cooling coil; a closed system requires an external thermal discharge and filling valve. Check the rating plate and local requirements.
Connection to a masonry heat-storage wall requires consultation with a specialist and may only be carried out at the consumer’s own risk.
