SVT Nordic is an outdoor fireplace made of 2 mm steel. When exposed to weather, the steel naturally develops a rust-coloured patina that gives the fireplace its characteristic appearance and forms a durable surface layer.
The patination process can be accelerated by lightly roughening the surface and regularly applying a salt-water solution until the desired finish is achieved.

Installation and safe use
When the supplied spark guard is installed, place the fireplace on a level, non-combustible surface and maintain a safe distance from buildings, vegetation and combustible materials. The area in front of the open side must be protected with non-combustible material such as sand, gravel, crushed stone or paving slabs. Always consider wind conditions and local fire-safety requirements when using the fireplace outdoors.
