ALFA 70 is a wood-burning cooker with a glass firebox door, a cooking surface and an oven. It is designed for cooking, baking and heating the room. This model has no water jacket. Manufacturer’s model designation: ALFA 70 DOMINANT.
Handedness is determined when facing the cooker: on the right-hand version the oven and flue connection are on the right and the firebox is on the left; on the left-hand version the arrangement is mirrored.

Fuel: dry, untreated wood logs. Follow the operating manual for fuel dimensions, moisture content and fuel load. Heating capacity depends on the building’s heat loss.
The appliance complies with EN 16510 requirements. Emissions at 13% O₂: CO 710 mg/Nm³, PM 28 mg/Nm³, OGC 65 mg/Nm³ and NOx 116 mg/Nm³.
Safety distances to combustible materials: rear 400 mm; sides 400 mm; front 750 mm; above over 750 mm; lateral radiation zone 400 mm. Floor protection extends at least 300 mm in front. Clearance underneath: 0 mm; the floor protection requirement still applies. Observe any stricter local requirements.
Observe the installation manual for floor protection and all other safety distances. The installer is responsible for correct installation and connection. Have chimney suitability and draught assessed by a competent professional. Follow local requirements and the rating plate of the actual appliance.
Connection to a masonry heat-storage wall requires consultation with a specialist and may only be carried out at the consumer’s own risk.
