Round cast iron frying pan with two integral handles. The low rim and wide cooking surface make it easy to turn and move food.

Use and care

Heat the pan gradually and use cooking oil or fat. The handles become hot during use; wear oven gloves. Allow the pan to cool before washing, wash by hand and dry immediately. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the dry pan to help prevent rust. Do not cool a hot pan suddenly with cold water.
