A one-piece ceramic hob plate to replace the original two-piece steel hob plate.

Installation

Check the cooker and installation opening dimensions before ordering. Fit a heat-resistant sealing cord or suitable gasket between the plate and its supporting frame. Do not rigidly fasten the plate to the frame or allow direct contact with metal.

Use and cleaning

Ceramic glass can break under mechanical impact. Clean the cooled surface with a scraper suitable for ceramic glass and a neutral detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners, oven cleaners or stain removers. Carefully remove melted sugar, plastic and aluminium foil immediately while the surface is still warm.
