SVT cooktops are made of cast iron, a traditional material for fireplaces and wood-burning stoves due to its excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability under temperature changes.
FINISH: The cast-iron parts are coated with two-component Thermodur 600 heat-resistant paint, which withstands temperatures up to 600 °C. Ensure good ventilation during the first few firings.
CERAMIC HOTPLATES: The cooktop is equipped with ceramic hotplates intended for use on wood-burning stoves. Ceramic glass has high heat resistance but can be damaged by mechanical impact.
CARE: Clean the product only after it has cooled. Cast-iron parts can be wiped with a cloth lightly moistened with cooking oil. Clean ceramic hotplates with a suitable ceramic-glass cleaner and, when necessary, a ceramic-glass scraper. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
WARRANTY: The product is covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing together with proof of purchase. Damage caused during transport, installation or use is not covered by the manufacturer warranty.
