Thermodur 600 Heat-Resistant Spray Paint (Up to 600°C)

Thermodur 600 is a heat-resistant aerosol paint designed to withstand temperatures up to 600°C. It is suitable for protecting and finishing metal surfaces exposed to high heat. The coating provides durable protection against heat, oxidation, and mechanical wear.

Suitable for applications such as:

  • stoves and fireplaces

  • exhaust pipes and flues

  • barbecues and boilers

  • other heat-exposed metal surfaces


Directions for Use

  1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease.

  2. Remove rust and loose old paint; sand if necessary.

  3. Shake the can thoroughly for at least 2 minutes before use.

  4. Spray in thin, even coats from a distance of 20–30 cm.

  5. Do not apply thick layers, as this may cause cracking or peeling.

  6. Allow to dry for at least 1 hour.

  7. Final curing is achieved by heating (gradual temperature increase during use).


Important Information

  • Full heat resistance is achieved only after curing by heat.

  • During first heating, odour and smoke may occur – ensure adequate ventilation.
